About Fresh Air Duct Cleaning Houston
A Houston duct cleaning crew that quotes a real number on the phone and shows up with real equipment. That is the whole pitch.
We started Fresh Air Duct Cleaning Houston because the air duct cleaning market in Houston had split into two kinds of company: the $49 coupon operators who spend twenty minutes with a shop vac and then find “mold” that costs eight hundred dollars, and the premium outfits that charge accordingly. Most Houston families need neither. They need someone who will clean the ducts properly, charge a fair flat price, and leave.
So that is what we do. Whole-house air duct cleaning with negative-pressure equipment, dryer vent cleaning that clears the whole run to the roof, coil cleaning that shows up on your electric bill, and sanitization when the smell calls for it. We also handle small commercial buildings after hours.
We are licensed and insured, we are local to Houston, and the person who answers the phone is a technician, not a call center. Every quote is flat, based on your square footage and system count, and it does not change when we see the house.
What you can expect from us
- A flat price on the phone, and the same price on the invoice.
- Shoe covers, drop cloths, and a clean-up before we leave.
- An honest answer when something does not need doing.
- The same crew and pricing in all 21 areas we serve.
- A walk-through of what came out of your ducts.
What we will not do
- Advertise a $49 whole-house special. It is not possible to do the job for that.
- Diagnose “black mold” on the spot to sell a remediation.
- Sell you a UV light, a sanitizer or a coil cleaning you do not need.
